Let me tell you where I've been lately...Without telling you the lonnnng story; I've been taking care of my 90 year old mother. For over the past 9 months reasonably my healthy and very independent mother has deteriorated drastically. With three long hospitalizations the last of which was over three weeks, I have taken a good look at my health as well as hers. Having taken a break quite a bit longer than I had expected, it's time to get back on track and start sharing my health and wellness thoughts with you again!
