Medifast Waffle Fries


Medifast Waffle Fries

1 pkg Garlic Mashed Potatoes, or Sour Cream and Chive
1/4 c. Water

Mix well. Split into 4 sections and place in greased waffle iron. Cook for 3-4 mins until gold brown and crispy.  I serve mine with salsa.

  1. Just tried these with the Medifast garlic potatoes. They were AWESOME! Do you think they might freeze well? Thank you for the idea :)

    1. I always make more than one batch at a time so I frequently freeze them. But, I don't keep any of the Medifast meals in the freezer for more than a few weeks. Enjoy!

  2. I made these but when I opened the mini waffle maker when the light went out the waffle split in two with one sticking to the top and one sticking to the bottom only crunchy on the side it stocked to. Any ideas?

  3. Spray with Pam, it needs to cook longer. You can scrap the top portion and add to the bottom. Cook another 30 seconds plus, and it will be a whole waffle.
